Soy de esas personas que cuando se ejercita tiene que estar obligatoriamente escuchando música a todo volumen. Me motiva, me entretiene y me mantiene enfocado sin aburrirme.
Por lo anterior me dí a la tarea de crear una Playlist con todas aquellas canciones que me ayudan a realizar esa última repetición de una serie o a simplemente continuar con el entrenamiento. Porque admitámoslo, ejercitar no es la actividad más divertida del mundo, sin embargo la música siempre ayuda a continuar con la rutina.
El resultado de mi proyecto convergió en una lista de 101 canciones para hacer ejercicio que he juntado en una lista de Spotify, un servicio de streaming de música del cual ya he hablado anteriormente.
Debo decir que esta Playlist cuenta con canciones de distintos géneros, en inglés y español (la mayoría en inglés) y es bastante subjetiva, es decir, elegí las canciones que en mi opinión tenían un ritmo acelerado y otras que van de lento a rápido, perfecto para levantar pesas. En algunas canciones lo que cuenta es la letra que tiene.
La Playlist que he nombrado "Work Hard WorkOUT Harder" tiene música rock, metal, electrónica, pop, punk rock, rap y hasta oldies. Empieza, por supuesto con "The eye of the tiger", aquella canción que aderezaba los entrenamientos de mi amigo Rocky Balboa.
A mí me funciona, esperemos que a ti también, así que, como el titulo dice: Trabaja duro, Ejercita más duro aun.
